Contribute to the success of Victoria’s premier collector car festival! With over 300 cars of all types, vintages, and condition, this is an event that the exhibitors and thousands of attendees will never forget.
Volunteers are needed to:
- Set up equipment on site prior to show start. MEDIUM physical impact
- information desk, volunteer desk, entry gates, traffic barriers, signage, etc.
- food court, BBQ, bike corral, misc. vendors
- Register exhibitors as they arrive in the morning. LOW physical impact
- Safely marshal cars to their display spots according to make, origin and vintage. MEDIUM physical impact (walking)
- Assist exhibitors and attendees at the event information table. LOW physical impact
- Assist exhibitors and attendees throughout the day. LOW physical impact
- Maintain safety at traffic control points. LOW physical impact
- Safely marshal cars out of the festival area at the end of the day. MEDIUM physical impact (walking)
- Pack up equipment and return the site to original condition. MEDIUM physical impact
Volunteer coordination:
The volunteer coordination team will be guided by the information you provide us as we develop the duty roster, though we may not be able to satisfy all preferences.

What should I bring with me on the day of the Festival?
Weather-appropriate clothing… consider layers according to the weather forecast.
Portable seating, such as a folding chair
Sunscreen, sunglasses, umbrella and/or hat
Water bottle … fresh water will be available at the festival
Snacks … food is also available at local eateries and festival food trucks
